To whom it may concern
Dear Evan
Chinese Certified Accounting Technician
(i) On 26th October 2004, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), working with BPP Professional Education, launched the Chinese Certified Accounting Technician qualification (CCAT).
(ii) CCAT is based on ACCA’s existing Certified Accounting Technician qualification (CAT), and thus, attainment of CCAT results in exemption from Part 1 of the ACCA Professional Scheme.
(iii) The ACCA has granted exclusive rights to the China arm of BPP Professional Education to provide registration and examination arrangements for CCAT (all in Chinese).
(iv) An individual is eligible for entry to an exam for a CCAT subject if he or she has purchased the CCAT “package” for that subject, comprising, in addition to exam admission, the corresponding BPP textbook.

Dear Evan
Chinese Certified Accounting Technician (CCAT) with BPP
Thank you very much for your recent letter confirming ICPAS’ intended involvement in CCAT T9 (SGP).
I am very pleased that ICPAS will recognise the CCAT in the same manner as the English version of the Certified Accounting Technician qualification. I look forward to the ongoing developments relating to the CCAT in Singapore.
Yours sincerely
